Hello, my merchant id is 6853498. Received payment on 3rd april 2020. You block my money, no reply from your side.. Raised query again n again. Why are you running ypur business if you can't provide proper service to customer. If there any problem, please let me know. And give proper response of you have ticket system in your platform. Also give me your customer care mobile number my account manager email so i can coordinate to him.
