Paid an amount of Rs 4675.31 to BWSSB, Bangalore through payumoney CanaraBank on 05 06 22 at 6.32 pm. My SB account with KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK was debited. Reference no Kotak Mahindra Payment Gateway vide Ref No. [protected] against merchant OSPAYU.
I have not received any payment receipt or credited to BWSSB. Dues with BWSSB still showing Rs 4670.
Request payumoney to resolve the issue and see that amount credited to BWSSB.
