There are two boys sidharth and manish contacted us from www.youthhelpingtrust.org asking for donation. For good cause decided to donate rs.2702 using payumoney gateway from their website itself. My axis bank account is debited immediately but those boys said that their ong has not received and transaction was declined. Please find attached here with my bank screenshot and payumoney transaction details. I request if ong is genuine then credit their account or please refund money to my account immediately. Feb 19, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Nobody called but my amount was reimburse in my account after 3 days. PayUMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Feb 14, 2019 PayUMoney Customer Care's response Hi, Your Transaction Id [protected] has been refunded via bank reference number[protected] from our end. Banks generally take 7-10 working days (Excluding Sat, Sun & bank holiday) to refund the amount. Please contact them for further assistance in this regards. Regards, Team PayU
