I ordered Luminious Battery on[protected] at 10:51:48 pm amount debited from my account and transaction successful to payu merchant (www.goodlucksales.com ) account but order not placed so I want my money back as early as possible . Merchant website / contact also not working . please look into this and Refund my money .
Note:- As per the SOP and SLA you have the documentation of the merchant to take the action against and not to repeat again
