I ordered Luminious Battery on[protected] at 10:51:48 pm amount debited from my account and transaction successful to payu merchant (www.goodlucksales.com ) account but order not placed so I want my money back as early as possible . Merchant website / contact also not working . please look into this and Refund my money . Note:- As per the SOP and SLA you have the documentation of the merchant to take the action against and not to repeat again Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Verified Support May 30, 2021 PayUMoney Customer Care's response PayU is a payment aggregator who helps merchants collect payments online. Please contact the merchant or your bank for refunds/replacements or any other service related issues.
