PayUMoney — Payments on hold even after submitting all invoices and delivery proofs. No response from customer care

My PAYu merchant id is 8088115 & payu has put my payments on hold, it asked me to provide invoices and delivery proofs of 3 payments id & i did provide everything in tickets (even i provided chats screenshots of these 3 orders in which customers are giving review)

We have an instagram page above 40k followers, if not fixed soon we will be suing them and exposing them.

As a small business owner its hard even if small amount is on hold. fix this soon Payu.
