PayUMoney — PayTM Transactions not yielding in Tickets for asi Monument visit

On 25th OCT me and my family members 11 adults went to visit ASI Monument Bangalore - Keshava Temple also called as Somnathpura Temple

Paid RS 220 using my PayTM UPI (tried it 2 times - below reference ID's) but did not generate any ASI ticket to show to entrance security to gain access for visit

Please note, transaction done via reference id[protected]PayU id [protected]) was successful with the amount Rs 155 at our end and amount for same has been remitted to merchant "www.truebalance.io".

Further, there are 2 transactions done at asimustsee.nic.in One transaction with PayU id [protected] (Reference id[protected] was successful at our end and amount for same has been remitted to merchant and other transaction with PayU id [protected] (Reference id AXI8b8ab5b28a8e42a99e3c0e58b2add5a5) is failed and amount for same has been auto refunded on 26/10/2020 via ARN[protected]. You will receive the amount in your source account within 5-7 working days (except Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays).

We are not able to trace any transaction with reference id[protected]. Request you to share the correct details for further assistance.

If I understand correctly your response.

1. PayTM Reference ID[protected] was sucessful and hence Rs. 155 was paid to merchant "www.truebalance.io". which is for - ASI Monument Bangalore - Keshava Temple also called as Somnathpura Temple

But un fortunately no ticket got generated from the Merchant sitehttps://asi.payumoney.com/ and we were not allowed the entrance into the monument.

What is the process to get the refund as ultimately we were not able to get the ticket and it is a lost transaction according to us.. as even Regeneration ticket with Transaction ID did not work.

2. you are saying further PayTM Reference ID[protected] transaction failed and this amount will be refunded to me...
