I tried to buy stamps from epost office from their online portal (www.epostoffice.gov.in). I paid 2290/- and the amount got debited from my account but the transaction status is shown as incomplete. Philately transaction no. Phi[protected] Payment gateway id: 187790 Transaction date:[protected]:34:00 am Amount: 2290 Status: incomplete The payment gateway was payu. Dec 29, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Got the refund from India Post on 12th Oct 2020. The complaint was raised in India Post twitter account and it worked.
