PayUMoney — payu id- [protected] refund issue

Please be informed that the said transaction is in refund requested status and the same is expected to be cleared within 3-4 working days.

As per the bank’s policy, the amount will reflect in the customer's account within 5-7 working days (Excluding saturday, sunday & bank holidays) from the date of refund success.

This mail we received & we are constantly in followup with payu team but till today no refund
