[Resolved]  PayUMoney — PayU Money is fraud I have not receive my refund its more than 18 Days now

Being harassed by PayUMoney i have paid amount to komparify merchant and komparify has initiated my refund on 03/02/2023 they have sent the screen shot as well but PayUmoney is not refund that amount in my paytm wallet its more than 18 days now everytime i raised ticket they are not responding yet i check the status on payUmoney help section its clearly showing that refund amount was initiated on 03/02/2023 and today is 21/02/2023 its more than 18 days but still i have not receive any refund i request to the government please shut down this Fraud PayUmoney Gateway if anyone is did something wrong with self in this kind of frustration who will be the responsible why government is supporting to this kind fraud is this pathetic
now i am chasing them since 18 days but there no response from PayUmoney i don't understand this please find the attachment of refund requested snapshot and payUhelp section snapshot
