PayUMoney — PayUMoney asi.payumoney.com payment deducted but ticket not generated

I have tried to book 4 online tickets for Tajmahal, Agra from the QR code available in the monument on dated 03.10.2021
I opened the website (https://asi.payumoney.com/) and made payment of Rs. 980 using my HDFC Debit Card

Amount is deducted from the bank account but tickets were not generated and payment page showed that payment failed.

I request you to pls look into the matter and refund my amount.

Please let me know where to complain. Because I received the message that time Transaction Error and later received the message of payment deduction.
