[Resolved]  PayUMoney — PayUmoney ASI ticket not generated after payment A

I have tried to book 2 online tickets for Hampi monuments from the QR code available in the monument.
I opened the website and made payment of Rs. 70 using my upi id.
I approved the payment from Amazon.in app.
Amount is deducted from the bank account but tickets were not generated and payment page showed that payment was successful.
I request you to pls look into the matter and refund my amount.
