PayUMoney was our payment gateway on our e-commerce store and they stopped releasing funds from September 24, 2020 and we still have not received those funds.
We have raised tickets regarding the issue on their website THRICE and all those tickets are "In Progress" and no one cares to respond to our queries. Every time we raise a ticket, they ask for Proof of Delivery for certain orders and we repeatedly provide them with the same, however, they just ghost us on the ticket afterwards until we raise another ticket and the cycle repeats.
This is extremely unfair towards us as we are a small business and we rely a lot on the funds that come from our online website. Holding our funds and not communicating with us is super unethical and it messes up with our cash flow and our operations.
This carelessness by PayUMoney has put us in debt with our vendors whom we are unable to pay even after selling their products because PayUMoney just WON'T RELEASE OUR FUNDS. Was this information helpful? |
