[Resolved] PayUMoney — payumoney seller not fulfilling order, no response from payumoney customer support

Order #6780007 placed with the site armaf.in and payment made through payumoney to xeryus retail pvt. Ltd.
Since then there has been no update about the order shipment or status.
The customer service mail id for the site does not exist.
Have raised the issue through payumoney contact us page twice.
But there is not even the courtesy of one reply from payumoney about the issue.
Please help me either get in touch with the seller or get my money back.

Thanks for your reply.
The PayU transaction ID is 16345045.
I had raised two tickets on your site. Query number 01361421 and 01358818.
Did not get any response to either.
I have also dropped a mail to [protected]@payumoney.com
The seller's site shows the order as shipped on 23rd Sept., however I have neither any tracking info, nor has there been any delivery of the product.
Request you to please help.
