PayUMoney — Product was not deliver but amount deducted

I was order Bluetooth headphone rs 599. Via InstaDeliver and my order number is 1936 with name pradip hankare. But still date product not received and track status of InstaDeliver is not available...I have lot of trouble...pls help me to either my product want me or my deducted money via payumoney gateway is refund...not any contact person to resolve my problem of InstaDeliver...
