[Resolved] PayUMoney — Punjab state power corporation limited bill amount deducted but transaction failed but not refunded

I am sumit, lives in ludhiana, punjab, i have deposited our punjab state power corporation electricity bill as on 29.06.2017 from pspcl website by pay umoney of rs 9730-, which was debited from my account but after that my transaction resulted as cancelled. Now its 1.07.2017 and my money is still not refunded in my account. Please help me so my money will be credited in my account as soon as possible.

I was paying CST from egras website (Payment ID :[protected] All the process was done But my transaction was failed and when i seen my bank statement the same amount was debited from my account, Please refund the same asap..
