[Resolved] PayUMoney — refund (2)

I'm dealing with two frauds.

1) Gamefixz

2) PayUmoney

I ordered a Graphics Card from gamefixz.com (before it was gamefixz.org & is a scam website ) and paid through payumoney gateway, the payment had to be settle on 28-March-2018 as I ordered the product a day before so I called the seller for dispatch id and he told me that you product will be dispatch at 14:00 so I waited till 14:30 still no e-mail from gamefixz about dispatch id (as they didn't had any product to sell they are just makeing fool of other people and taking their money without giving their product) so, I complaint about them to payumoney and I revieved a call from payumoney a day later, then, I told them about gamefixz scam they told me that they will talk to the merchant about my procuct and after a few minutes I got a call form gamefixz that why I have complaint about them to payumoney, I asked him for the id he told me take back your complaint and I wall give you your product on 2-April-2018, I said "okey I'm taking back my complaint" then on 2-April-2018 11:03 I called him n' asked for the product, he told me that PayUmoney has put my account on hold, as they will settle the amount I'll deliver you product to you and yesterday he called me and said I'm giving you refund of Rs.61, 500 I said "ok" then he told me to e-mail [protected]@gmail.com that I want refund, so I did email them and didn't got any reply from them, I called the seller(gamefixz) this morning He told me that PayUmoney has called him and said that they will refund you amount by this evening and I haven't got any response from PayUmoney I've emaild them several time about this.

Updated by kashyaprishi PayUmoney didn't settle the amount to the merchant's account and every time I mail them they tell me to contact the merchant and even merchant is trying from his side to get me my refund but these people have put his account on Hold so he cannot do anything about this but these people are not listening to their customer complaint and saying payment has successfully done but on the merchant screen there is no option of refund please payumoney help us I want my money within 1 week.

Here is the problem every time merchant or I e-mail you about payment you say it's successful but none o[censored]s merchant or I have got money now I don't want to send more e-mails I'm just tired of your ### [censored] so please investigate and look for my money where it is and why you ### have put merchant account on hold and then you ### are saying that money has settle, I mean, are you really dumb people you have put his account on hold so can he receive the payment you ####^ers AND I WANT MY REFUND WITHIN 1 WEEK & put off merchant account from hold, You fraud people.
