I got mail from ignou tha refunded sucessfully but amount not credited yet. Also I complaint her 2 times but no action taken. I sent so many mails to IGNOU but no response. I am very disappointed. As checked, transaction via PayU id [protected] is refunded on 03/01/2023 via ARN 75503723004020799653865. It may take 7-10 working days (except Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays) for funds to reflect in original mode of payment. Please check with your issuing bank with he given ARN in case you have not received the funds in your source account within the mentioned timeline.
