I have received an email on 28th April saying that you have received a refund of INR 38297.0 from PayUMoney SAARANYA HOSPITALITY TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED back in your account - Transaction ID: [protected] 38297.0 Refunded Successfully Timestamp[protected]:31:27.609 Refund Mode - Back to Source However, I did not receive the money in my bank account from where I did the payment. May 2, 2023 Complaint marked as Resolved I have received refund today from PayUMoney. PayUMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Hi, raising a ticket has been a challenge since last week. I am getting a message everytime saying "One ticket with Ticket Id: UG3724411756 is already in progress." whereas Ticket Id: UG3724411756 was resolved on 25th April as per email received from them.

It will be highly appreciated if someone can call me so that we can discuss on my concern.
