PayUMoney — Refund amount of 16000 is not completed

sir, a refund amount of 16000 has been initiated by payumoney on[protected] in my credit card and told me to wait for 3-4 working days but after waiting so patiently no refund has been reflected. then i tried every possible way to contact payumoney but everytime either their phone remains busy or they do not reply to the mail. on[protected] luckily they picked up my phone and told me that due to a mis-communication your refund has been stuck.we are forwarding a message to our care team and as soon as they will reply we will contact you. after that no call or reply has been given to me. sir please look into this matter .i am very worried My merchant id on payumoney is 5000978 and refund id is 510054. Thank You
