[Resolved] PayUMoney — refund and transfer money to bank

My merchant id -6397786. Its been 1 month my payment did not trsafer to bank there is no refund process. First almost got 11000 rs payment which will be trasfer by payunow but they did nt. They madebit on hold but after 1 month they started refund process.. But still i did not got any refund money. They are blackmail with me i got mail 137 rs negative which was wrong.. Information but i paid that amount. Then another mail got 180 rs which is show negative...in your account.

My marchant id-6397786, payment id-215931320, 215894840, 215865656 these payment show refund sucessful but i did not get any money.. But in that status show refund sucessful.they mail me on [email protected] and call me 01246793000.wrost service then giving us.. Not only me thousand many people suffering same problem .

I was cancelled ticket on 16 Nov but yet did not receive money in bank account and payment gateway is payumoney.

• PayU, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used
