My sister got email by payu that my fees has been successfully refunded by IGNOU. But she didn't get my fee in my account yet. What's the Matter, why she didn't get the money yet after the status is showing successfull. How to track the refund. Merchant Transaction ID[protected] Bank Reference Number[protected] Timestamp[protected]:01:48.802 Refund Mode Back to Source I added the screenshot also. Resolve this issue as soon as possible.
