[Resolved]  PayUMoney — refund has not been done

I HAD DONE A MONEY TRANSACTION WITH ANDHURIL TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD.(BOOK MY TRAIN) THROUGH PAYUMONEY AND THE TRANSACTION DROPPED.and the transaction id is[protected].and the amount is Rs 3, 154.They have not taken any action for refund till now and it has been a month .the transaction happened on 13th august 2017.And there a no response for my mail from them.My phone number is [protected].

soon i have posted this complaint i got a call from [protected](bihar) number asking my debit card number and saying he is from Bank of india and is calling to do the refund.Please take action to this.

I have already paid money to the merchant but didn't select the link which says share information with the merchant so the money amount is not flashing on the details of wallet. Please send transaction record or showing it to xpresslaundarymate(to which money is paid)

I did payment on 15th September, and my transaction was failed.yet the amount was not refunded.and today is last date to fill my application.please refund my amount as soon as possible.
