[Resolved] PayUMoney — refund has not been done

I HAD DONE A MONEY TRANSACTION WITH ANDHURIL TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD.(BOOK MY TRAIN) THROUGH PAYUMONEY AND THE TRANSACTION DROPPED.and the transaction id is[protected].and the amount is Rs 3, 154.They have not taken any action for refund till now and it has been a month .the transaction happened on 13th august 2017.And there a no response for my mail from them.My phone number is [protected].

Updated by ANAND LATHA soon i have posted this complaint i got a call from [protected](bihar) number asking my debit card number and saying he is from Bank of india and is calling to do the refund.Please take action to this.

I have already paid money to the merchant but didn't select the link which says share information with the merchant so the money amount is not flashing on the details of wallet. Please send transaction record or showing it to xpresslaundarymate(to which money is paid)
