I have made two transactions from my panjab and sind bank account [protected] amritsar punjab having follwing details to dav public school amritsar for my kids fees on 23/01/2018. But both the transaction were unsuccessful and my refund has not been made for the last 3 months despite many requests by my bank and myself. Please do the needful as quickly as possible.
