[Resolved] PayUMoney — refund mail received but no money is showing in payumoney wallet

I have applied for a training in skyfi education labs and i paied the advance of about 1500 rs.But the trainign was closed and they initiated a refund of my money.Then i got a mail from payumoney that the refund is received by them, but whn i checked my payumoney account no money was added or no details were showing.I have contacted several times by mail but they did not responded i have called their office but they did not received.Please tell me what to do now.In this digital world i am stuck.my transaction id[protected], phone no-[protected], ammount -1500 rs.

Updated by ritam003 i talked to the seller and he said from his side he did the refund, that means payumoney just holding the money

Updated by ritam003 I have contacted the seller and he confirmed again that he refunded a long ago, I sent minimum 10mails still no reply, the automatic system just saying u will be contacted by our team, after that no reply no call no mail.i think my money is gone.great country.

Your TXN id[protected] has been refunded via ARN 75503728191021270640035 from our end. Banks generally take 3-5 working days (Excluding Sat, Sun & bank holiday) to refund the amount. Please contact them for further assistance in this regards.
