PayUMoney — Refund need asap

Hi,

I purchased items worth ₹15, 106/- on 4th Jan, 2022 from www.allureherbal.com with the order id: #[protected]. The money got deducted from my account but the order was not placed.
I also contacted with the Allureherbal owner and she said she didn’t received the amount in her bank account.
I also contacted PayU India and they shared me
1. PayU Transaction id : [protected]
2. Merchant order id :[protected]
3. Product info no. : [protected]
4. Merchant UTR : N[protected]

Please kindly process my refund as soon as possible.
