[Resolved] PayUMoney — refund not provided by payu

On 02/03/2020, HMT Limited initiated a refund of Rs. 3234/- through PayU Money Payment Gateway. Payment ID is[protected]. It has been 9 days since I have not received the refund into my account. I have confirmed from HMT. They said that they have cleared the payment from their side PayU is not processing. Also, I have confirmed from the PNB. They told me that they have not received any transaction with this amount and ID. Please solve the issue. I tried to contact PayU but their email Id and contact number do not work.

Updated by Abhinandan Khanna After contacting them over Facebook, I got my refund on 12/03/2020 (9 days after PayU Received money from HMT).

As checked, the said amount has already been refunded to your source account on 11/03/2020 with ARN[protected]. For further clarification request you to contact your bank directly.

Yesterday, after 20 days of Cancellation of order and 9 days after refund message was sent by PayU, finally, my refund has been credited by PayU into my bank account.
