Refund from avenue 11-
Avenue 11 says that they have refunded my money through payu, but till date i have not received the amount. The refund is done on 21-nov-18 as per avenue 11.
The details are as under:
We have already initiated the refund of your amount rs.428 and you will be receiving the amount within 5-7 business days.
The transaction id of the above refund amount is refund id - 4000672 for txn id[protected].

PayUMoney Customer Care's response Hey Chirag,
Please note that this is a successful TXN via PayUmoney Payment Id[protected] at our end, the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant.
For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly with Merchant Order Id - 816411 in order to get the status at their end.

Updated by Chirag Satiya spoken to merchant, they say they have made the refund refund and ask me to contact payumoney.
Both of you are trying to escape by putting the blame on one another and inturn trying to cheat the customer

Updated by Chirag Satiya both Payumoney and avenue 11 are fraud companies.Both are working in partnership to not refund amount back to customers. Please do not make any online payment to both of them else you will surely loose your money.
