UPI Reference No.[protected] of Rs. 10000/- Transaction ID[protected] Request ID [protected] Please note that the above transaction was carried on 21.12.2020 and subsequently upon my request the merchant has cancelled the transaction and issued refund on 3rd March 2021. However the said transaction is still under "Queued" status with the Payu.in. Please let me know the current status and sort out the issue at the earliest. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly with Merchant Order Id[protected] in order to get the status at their end. The merchant has informed that since December 21st 2020, they have not received any settlement and all funds including mine is holding by payu.in.

The merchant has given refund request, but the payu.in is still holding the funds.

Also, none of the customer care numbers of payu.in are working and all mails sent to them are bouncing back. Customer support weblink is always giving the same answer and they do not have any live support.

Kindly treat this as a serious complaint and sort out the issue at the earliest.
