Please note that the above transaction was carried on 21.12.2020 and subsequently upon my request the merchant has cancelled the transaction and issued refund on 3rd March 2021.
However the said transaction is still under "Queued" status with the Payu.in.
Please let me know the current status and sort out the issue at the earliest.

The merchant has given refund request, but the payu.in is still holding the funds.
Also, none of the customer care numbers of payu.in are working and all mails sent to them are bouncing back. Customer support weblink is always giving the same answer and they do not have any live support.
Kindly treat this as a serious complaint and sort out the issue at the earliest.
