[Resolved]  PayUMoney — Refund not received of Failed transaction

Sir,
I have made a transaction on 5th September 2021 for flight booking from Delhi to Ranchi, but the transaction was failed and amount has been debited. Also I have received a mail for refund the amount but still I have not received the amount, I have paid the amount of Rs. 2608 by credit card and Rs. 1103 by RBL Credit Card reward point. I have made the transaction from RBL Credit Card Reward Point website.
Also i have contacted to RBL Card Customer Care by Telephone and Email but they are saying to contact with PAYUMONEY, because the payment has been made from PAYUMONEY. I am trying to contact with him but the given customer care number on website is incorrect.

Please help me regarding the above matter. I have attached the conversation on mail with RBL Customer Care for your reference.

• PayU, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used

As per your requirement please find attached failed transaction statement. Also find below other details:

• PayU, Merchant and Bank reference number.- RBLFL1606599

• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.- ATTACHED

• Transaction date along with the amount.- DATE- 05/09/2021 AND AMOUNT IS RS. 2, 608/- BY CARD AND RS. 1, 103/- BY REWARD POINT.

• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.- EMAIL ID- MANISH.[protected]@GMAIL.COM, MOBILE- [protected]

• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.- 5369-07XX-XXXX-6666

• UPI / VPA if any used- NOT USED

Please note that this is a successful transaction via PayU Id - [protected] & [protected] at our end, the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant.
For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly with Merchant Order Id - RBLTEMPFL1516822 & RBLTEMPFL1516795 in order to get the status at their end.

I have already sent the mail received regarding refund of the failed transaction to you...I also raised complaint to RBL Credit Card Customer Care, he is saying for contact to PAYU MONEY.

Now you tell me what can i do.

Amount of Rs. 2608 debited form my card but ticket has not booked and transaction has failed ...Proof of regarding the above already share with you and RBL Credit Card department.

Now tell me clearly who is liable to refund my debited amount...PAYU MONEY or RBL Credit Card Department.

Hi Manish,

Please note that PayU is a payment aggregator who helps merchants and customers to do online transactions. It is a merchant who delivers the services and gives refund/replacement as per their policy in case of any issues. Since the said transactions are successfully processed, hence any refund/resolution will be provided by the merchant only.
