[Resolved] PayUMoney — refund not reflected in bank account

I made a ticket booking on 28th april 2018 in betwa express through irctc. The ticket didn't get booked and the amount was deducted. The amount was rs. 815. Refund status on irctc website shows sent to bank as sent to payumoney but the money isn't reflected in the bank account the refund id is [protected]. The email id used was [protected]@gmail.com and the mobile number was [protected].
