[Resolved] PayUMoney — refund of amount of failed transaction

I have made payment of rs. 2684.28 through payumoney vide transaction number[protected] dated 17/07/2017. I have received mail immediately through payumoney buyer care. That "we regret the inconvenience caused to you. We wish to inform you that your payment id:[protected] with delhi jal board has failed. We have not received funds for this transaction. Your bank will process auto refund within 3 to 5 working days (Excluding saturday, sunday and bank holidays) from the date of transaction. You may also contact your bank regarding the same." but as per mail received from axis bank malviya nagar branch ""as per the confirmation received by the biller, the enclosed transaction has been successfully updated with them, hence no refund is applicable. Prn : juti[protected]". I have sent so many mails to payumoney care but till time no response.

We would like to inform you that the TXN for the Payment Id[protected] is unsuccessful and we have not received any amount for the said TXN. Please contact your bank for further help and support.
