[Resolved] PayUMoney — refund of money through fraud transactions on my credit card. payment id[protected]

A fraud transaction of rs 6988 was carried out on my credit card vide payment id[protected] on 31 aug 2017. Immediately a complain was lodged in lucknow cyber cell video complain no. 1241 within one hour. But my money has not been refunded till date. It's violations of rbi guidelines. You are requested to refund the money immediately as fraud was reported within 1 hour of incident.
