[Resolved] PayUMoney — refund of settled transaction

I was booking ticket from aligarh to deoria sadar through irctc. I did the payment through payumoney interface provided by irctc portal. Unfortunately payment was settled but ticket was not booked. Irctc had already refunded the deducted amount to payumoney, 8 days hasbeen passed but these guys does not refund the money to my account. Regarding i did 20 call but every time they refuses to refund it. They told me it is responsibility of irctc.

PayUMoney Customer Care's response Hi Anwar,

Your TXN id [protected] has been refunded via ARN 74332748126812543636331 from our end. Banks generally take 3-5 working days (Excluding Sat, Sun & bank holiday) to refund the amount. Please contact them for further assistance.
