[Resolved]  PayUMoney — refund problem with failed transaction

I had made a payment on 25 sep 2017 from payumoney, payment id[protected] and merchant transaction indentifier-
45d8269956ad837abf3e, but unfortunately transaction got failed, but the amount was debited from my bank account!
It's been a day i didn't get my amount back in my bank account.
I raised ticket on [protected]@payumoney, i mailed them so many times but they are not reverting!
Kindly help me out!

I HAVE MADE AN ONLINE PURCHASE AT www.indusviva.com (company name : Indusviva Health Sciences Pvt Ltd) Indusviva is a wellness industry. i am a distributor of this company. this is a network marketting (multive level marking company) company. i have made an online purchase for my downline on 19.08.2017. through my debit card [protected] from my sb ac no [protected]. the payment was made by pay u money for the amount of Rs. 18585 (Rs. Eighteen thousand five hundred and eighty five only) the amount was debited from my account but the payment was failure. transaction id :[protected].
so i kindly request you to refund the amount as soon as possible.
