[Resolved] PayUMoney — refund problem with failed transaction | |||||
I had made a payment on 25 sep 2017 from payumoney, payment id[protected] and merchant transaction indentifier- 45d8269956ad837abf3e, but unfortunately transaction got failed, but the amount was debited from my bank account! It's been a day i didn't get my amount back in my bank account. I raised ticket on [protected]@payumoney, i mailed them so many times but they are not reverting! Kindly help me out! I HAVE MADE AN ONLINE PURCHASE AT www.indusviva.com (company name : Indusviva Health Sciences Pvt Ltd) Indusviva is a wellness industry. i am a distributor of this company. this is a network marketting (multive level marking company) company. i have made an online purchase for my downline on 19.08.2017. through my debit card [protected] from my sb ac no [protected]. the payment was made by pay u money for the amount of Rs. 18585 (Rs. Eighteen thousand five hundred and eighty five only) the amount was debited from my account but the payment was failure. transaction id :[protected].
so i kindly request you to refund the amount as soon as possible.
We would like to inform you that the TXN for the Payment Id 160325369 is unsuccessful and we have not received any amount for the said TXN. Please contact your bank for further help and support.
