[Resolved]  PayUMoney — REFUND sent but not received

I made the purchase of a BOOK by AITBS publisher on 12th September at 15:20:38, Since they are out of stock and so they initiated the refund on 16th September

I received an email from PAYU regarding my refund status on 24th September since then I am following up on the refund status and I have been informed through the mail that my money was sent back to the source
but neither it was reflected in the Statement Bank nor matched with the transaction or Bank reference number when I contacted my bank via phone service

They initiated my refund it took one month for them to send me my refund but finally received after tweeting them continuously for there irresponsible customer service

Contact the person u paid, payu is mediator between u and the merchant u need to keep calling those people who took money only then u will get ur refund from payu they will send but it takes time u need to keep calling and irritate them

It is a merchant who delivers the services and gives refunds/replacements as per their policy in case of any issues. Since the said transactions are successfully processed, hence any refund/resolution will be provided by the merchant only.
