PayUMoney — refunding of failed transaction

I booked ticket on irctc.co.in costing amount of 5610 on august 31. The bank was sbi and payment gateway was payu. The transaction failed but the money was deducted from my account. How and when will i recover my amount.

Refund trancsaction irctc plz check the my trancsation

HELLO,
I have booked ticket on irctc on[protected], it is not booked and amount is cut from my bank . now on Irctc it is showing amount is refunded in your bank . but is not credited in my bank. i request you to please check the status of the below refund id. solve the issue as soon as possible.

Your transaction id processed on 05-09-2018 has been refunded to your bank account via ARN number 74332748250824988890065 and the amount shall reflect within 7 to 10 working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday). We'd request you to get in touch with your bank to get status of your refund at their end.
