[Resolved] PayUMoney — refunds not paid back | |||
I paid for the train tickets through payumoney option using credit card. Even after many days of cancelling the tickets, refund is not credited back to my card. The payumoney autobot for customer queries resolution is useless. The do not provide a dedicated phone number to address customer issues. Verified Support Mar 21, 2020 PayUMoney Customer Care's response Hi, We would like to inform you that refund for the transaction ID- [protected] & [protected] has been processed successfully on[protected]. However, the refund for the transaction ID- [protected] is under process, it will get processed within to2 working days. Once processed successfully, the amount will get credited into the source account within 3 to 5 working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday) from the date of refund.
