PayUMoney — regarding order not received my amount deducted

I ordered one mobile online on 26th april 2020. I am not able to track the order id received in my mobile that : confirmed your order id : [protected] is delay after lockdown your product will get.

Now, i am trying to trace my order id in computer i am not getting confirmation only i lost my money rs.2, 999/- (I got message that payumoney is deducted rs.2, 999/-). Please reverse my money because of corona problem no work also for us situation so much critical. It will be very useful if you help us by reversing my money as soon as possible.

We regret the inconvenience caused.

Please note that this is a successful transaction via Payment Id[protected] at our end, the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant.

PayU is a payment aggregator who helps merchants and customers to do online transactions. It is a merchant who delivers the services and gives refund/replacement as per their policy in case of any issues. Since the said transactions are successfully processed, hence any refund/resolution will be provided by the merchant only. You are requested to contact the merchant directly with Merchant Order Id - [protected].

We advise you to please get in touch with the issuing bank and initiate an official complaint (Dispute) regarding the same, in case if the concerned merchant is not providing the services.

We are just their payment processing partner and do not have access or control to their internal processes.

Sir/Madam,
This is to bring to your kind notice that sill not received payment or mobile ordered. Please... look into matter as soon as possible.
My money received is accepted by Payumoney. Why the money is not paying me back just receiving the money without delivery the items sir. Please...help me sir. I cannot track sir.
