I have booked my ticket on 24th may in garib rath 12212. Bug to anvt. The transaction was failed because of non availability of seat.
The money was deducted from acount no -[protected]
Punjab national bank.
Amount:1120 rs
Amount not credited in bank.. Payment was done through payumoney

• PayU, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used

I have tried to book a ticket in train no 12212 From BUG to ANVT. Amount debited from hain but ticked not confirmed because of transaction dropped. Details are below

My registered E mail ID is [protected]@gmail.com, I am unable to activate my wallet and getting an error "wallet creation disabled". Please resolve the same at earliest.

The company on its site does not a escalation matrix and the standard response for mails and complaints is 24 to 48 hrs and it is a month now that the complaint is yet to be resolved.
