The company on its site does not a escalation matrix and the standard response for mails and complaints is 24 to 48 hrs and it is a month now that the complaint is yet to be resolved.

My registered E mail ID is [protected]@gmail.com, I am unable to activate my wallet and getting an error "wallet creation disabled". Please resolve the same at earliest.
