PayUMoney — regarding reimbursement of deducted money

Sir,
I paid rs 50 via payu on 15th june 2020, through net banking. Amount got deducted but payment didn't get confirmed.
Reference no.[protected].
Kindly reimburse the paid amount.

I tried for payU support, but it shows that the amount entered is incorrect. The screenshot of the deducted amount and reference number is atted with this . Kindly look into it and help me get my money refunded.
