My complaint is that my credit card twice money detect the payment failure after too. On 24th january, i was paying online for gju university fees. After putting otp the payment was canceled. Both times this problem happened and the money was detected. Nor did the money come back to my account nor accumulate in the university. Money was lost both times on my account. I request to you accept my complaint quickly. Please refund my money.. And your costumer service are too bad.. No one recieve call Please take action.. Was this information helpful? | |||
