Greeting for the day!!

My name is ramvali raut and i inform you that i try to follow up my unsettled transaction in m/s payu money (Payment gateway) and m/s indobaroda servicemart pvt ltd - (Merchant) amount of rs 61, 000/- on 03 oct 2019 but my money has not refund and not given any service form merchant side m/s indobaroda servicemart pvt ltd.

Whenever i try to follow-up regarding my refund amount of rs 61, 000/- but both party has not entertain any thing my humble request to kindly resolve my issue.
