[Resolved] PayUMoney — rs. 29, 292.00 payment settlement is hold customer care not responding

Hello my account id is - mid 5784110. My payment settlement is on hold from 04 dec till now 38 days complete but payment not settle in my account. I already create complaint many times on "payu" support (Ticket no. Jb[protected] / jp[protected] / pk[protected]) but nobody is responding. Kindly settle it with the bank account.
Resolve my problme quickly otherwise i will take legal action on it...

I got payment from my client through payumoney website short link. 19000+19000+ 16000
But now they are showing my account on hold they are not settled that amount to my account. I tried to contact payu but they are not picking my call evan i was unable to connect. No body assist me.. please help me regarding this.
