[Resolved]  PayUMoney — Rs.499/- amount deducted from saving account but goods not received

I was placing an order on www.clothingnetic.com online on 25th Augast 2022 and had opted for payment via upi.
I then did the payment through google pay for which www.clothingnetic.com had used PayU payment gateway.
I did the transaction via [dineshluck]@okaxis and money got debited from my account but www.clothingnetic.com did not received the amount.

Please note that the subject CB case has closed in customer favor, dated 04-Sep-2022. Fund will be credited back to the source account via chargeback mode within 30-45 days. Customers need to check with his/her own bank (customer support/ops) for the credit.
