PayUMoney — Serious issues with Payment Settlements

Hello Ashraf Choudhary here,

I am a Developer of Vashi Times "New Bombay Publications Private Limited".

We have a online Enewspaper Service on our official website https://vashitmes.net

We used payumoney as payment gateway from last 3 years.

Unfortunately payments settlements are stopped from payumoney from last few months.

We got the reason as to prove us our service by sending invoices and proof of delivery courier receipt.

Are you development team or support team crazy, we use digital product service and we were kept on hold due to courier delivery receipt.

How can we get this useless things after 3 years.

I tried to reach or upload the invoice document which our customers get from our mail. But the payumoney dashboard and help dashboard is not working at all to reach your support.

No tickets create options in available to solve my problem.
frustrating thing, not able to contact from help chat website, live chat & tried to mail them their mail ids is not working at all.
i tried both mail id, [protected]@payumoney.com & [protected]@payumoney.com

your team is taking lightly, my issues are looked still? will this get resolved or not? are we a joke taking support on your help center by raising tickets, there you are not responding at all.
i need answer will this get resolved or we should do something against your company.

Request you to share your updated bank statement or cancelled cheque with your name, bank account number and IFSC code imprinted on it, on help.apyu.in and on [protected]@payu.in Also, share the details in below format as well. MID Account holder name (same as on cheque or bank statement) Bank Bank account number IFSC code
