My merchant id is 4736715 and i made a terrible mistake of accepting a customer payment of rs34437 via payumoney.

My payment on hold
Money was not receive still 5th nov 2019

I have submitted screenshot and payment process details
Still no one response my mail i'd

If not receive the money in a weak i am ready to go consumer cour complaint against payumoney

your settlement has already been done via UTR: CITIN[protected]. In case you have not yet received the same in your bank account then please contact your bank to know the status at there end.
