[Resolved]  PayUMoney — Settlement of 70400 on hold from 24 August 2020 inspite of providing all proof multiple times

The settlement of transaction I'd[protected] invoice number INVq9a1x7a7f1m200824 and source id [protected] has been put on hold inspite of me submiting all proof multiple times to payu. Kindly help resolve. Payu is neither releasing the payment to the merchant not refund ing it back to the customer. Just holding it with them.
