[Resolved] PayUMoney — Settlement of 80000 is on hold

A transaction of Rs. 80, 000 made on 06 july and the settlement was suppose to completed by 08 July but still my payment is on hold.. I m trying to reach out to their customer support, and I have done everything which they instructed but still no payment or response. Please help me out with this.. No dedicated customer call or email id, only chat I'd available that too is AI based and not via any person... Please release my payment.. Plz.. There is some medical emergency in my family.. Try to understand
