PayUMoney — Settlement of pending amount

Hi payu team I’m getting a notification that your settlement is on hold as a part of due diligence & I’ve also submitted my GSTIN few days back & my ticket ID is NZ[protected] . Still I haven’t got any response from your side & I also was not able to raise another query in which I would like to attatch the courier receipts for those payments . So here I’m attaching those receipts & want you to please settle the amount in my bank account as soon as possible .

I’ve already raised the complaint. Why are you taking so much time . Now i feel I should never work with your company in future . Please settle my amount fast I’m in need of money . My ticket id is NZ8661095729
Still havent got any reply from your team . I had heard a lot about payu fraud & now I’m experiencing the same . No one one replies, no one contacts & ticket resolution time was 3/4/2023 & it’s also over now . Please settle my amount Asap otherwise I’ve to take a legal action
