[Resolved] PayUMoney — settlement on hold - 13 april 2020 | |||
Mid 6742808 Payumoney has put a hold on my money worth more than 3 lakhs because there was a sudden spike in transaction. I don’t what kind of transaction these people expect from a nation wide website caters more than 18 million prospective buyers. Each day is loss of money for us and they casually post that it will take 2 working days to solve the issue. If my problem is not solved im planning to gather details of all similarly affected merchants through this website and file a class action suit against payumoney for holding my payment against ombudsman scheme for digital transaction rules, creating monetary loss, and mental agony.
